Meditizer LLC Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to Meditizer LLC (“Meditizer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.meditizer.com), products, and services. By placing an order or using our website, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Product Information
Meditizer offers medical-grade hand sanitizer and skin & surface spray, available in the following sizes:
• 1 oz, 4 oz, 32 oz bottles
• 1,000 mL cartridges (for wireless or manual wall dispensers)
• 1 gallon and 5 gallon jugs
• 50 gallon and 250 gallon totes
All products are available for purchase directly at www.meditizer.com.
2. Ordering & Payment
• Product Selection: Clients may select desired product(s), size(s), and quantity.
• Shipping Options: Shipping costs are calculated based on the client’s shipping information and selected carrier/delivery speed. “Will Call” pickup is also available at our Memphis, TN warehouse.
• Payment Methods: Payment must be made in advance via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping Responsibility: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the client.
• Will Call Pickup: Clients choosing “Will Call” must pick up their order at our Memphis, TN warehouse during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm EST, excluding holidays).
• Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping carrier and method.
4. Returns & Refunds
• Final Sale: All sales are final.
• Return Eligibility: Unopened and unaltered products in good condition may be returned within 10 days of purchase.
• Return Process:
1. Client is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Upon receipt, Meditizer staff will inspect the product to ensure it is unopened, unaltered, and undamaged.
3. If approved, a refund will be issued for the product price paid, less any shipping costs incurred.
4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on www.meditizer.com, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

Meditizer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meditizer LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Communications & Marketing Consent
